Satyam Abhijeet Verma is a Project Coordinator at HARMAN International, with a passion for learning and innovation. He believes that innovation is the key to success and is always on the lookout for ways to grow both as an individual and as part of an organization. Currently, Satyam is working on an automotive connected service project and manages and coordinates with team leads and managers of different domains across the globe. He is also leading a complete project as a PMO, reporting directly to the Associate Director and Program Manager. Satyam provides an integrative view and analysis of various project aspects within the program to enable better decision-making, ensuring that information is captured and disseminated to all partners. He supervises and highlights trends and raises areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans. Satyam also prepares risk management reports and statuses and performs reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks, developing appropriate contingency plans. Prior to HARMAN International, Satyam worked as a Project Coordinator at TransPerfect, where he managed the entire lifecycle of IT-based localization projects in a fast-paced environment. He coordinated all project phases and efficiently predicted the lifespan of all stages of the projects. Satyam was responsible for all communication with different departments involved, such as media, translations, account managers/sales, localization PMs located globally, and more. He established and maintained excellent relationships with vendors and sales/production PMs globally. Satyam also managed project finances, including budgeting, and prepared and maintained project documentation. Satyam has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Dot Technologies, where he coordinated full lifecycle IT projects, managing team leads and dealing directly with the client and higher management directors. He coordinated project schedules, managed project meetings, identified and resolved technical problems, and coordinated project activities, ensuring all projects were delivered as per client requirements. Satyam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lovely Professional University and completed his ICSE and ISC from Spicer Higher Secondary School, Pune. He has experience in QA, product management, senior software engineering, and PHP. Overall, Satyam has 4.02 years of relevant experience.
